I will never shop with any other dealer except for klaben Ford just because they are so honest and trustworthy. Terrible Service I was dropping of my Ford Mustang for a routine oil change. I had made an appointment and was there on time. I get out of the car and an employee asks I was dropping of my Ford Mustang for a routine oil change. I had made an appointment and was there on time. I get out of the car and an employee asks me my name. He looks me up and tells me that Kyle will be helping me out. He takes me to Kyle's desk and tells me Kyle will be right with me. I wait about 5 minutes and Kyle finally emerges with another customer and is helping him. So I wait longer. Meanwhile, there are other employees standing around at their desk doing nothing. None of them offer to help me. Kyle finishes with the customer and tells me he will be right back because he has to show the customer where the pick up line is. By now it had been 20 minutes since I have pulled in. Finally, I believe, Eric, comes over and checks me in. I think it took me longer to drop off my car than it did for them to complete the oil change. I will not be returning. More
