Terry was simply awesome. We've never been in a Klaben dealership before yesterday and when we walked in we were greeted by Terry Baughman. He was fabulous. I believe he was honest and he spent so much time with us going over the car and explaining how certain things work on the car. When he had to leave us at the table to go get the keys for a test drive he explained to us where he was going and he came back quickly. I can't even tell you how many times he told us if we have any trouble to call HIM. He gave us his cell phone number and several business cards. Klaben is so very lucky to have him on their team. Jennifer in finance was also so polite and bubbly. She smiled through our whole process and explained thing perfectly. More

I have never been in a Ford / Lincoln dealership and I was very impressed! 2 days later - I LOVE my MKZ and will definitely be back! I cannot recommend Klaben or Roscoe high enough. More
