We took delivery of our new Willy's Jeep the first week of January. Within the first few weeks, a loud chatter/rattle starting coming from the top and front of the engine. When I dropped the vehicle for se of January. Within the first few weeks, a loud chatter/rattle starting coming from the top and front of the engine. When I dropped the vehicle for service to diagnose the problem, it was initially determined that the waste gate on the turbo charger was faulty. A new turbo charger and waste gate was installed. Upon re-examination, the noise was still very evident. The high pressure fuel pump was checked and was determined to be okay. At this time engineering was brought onboard and it was determined to check the timing belt and tension pully. It was determined that a spring on the tension pully was faulty, causing too much slack on the timing belt/chain. Our jeep was in service for 17 days. We were provided a loaner vehicle and we were treated well by Timothy Beane from sales and and Justin Stinnett from Service. My compliant is with the factory for allowing a vehicle to be sent out for delivery from the factory with serious mechanical defects. Our jeep has been repaired, but the new car experience has certainly been diminished. The manufacturer did re-imburse us a months payment and did provide an extended warranty. WE love the jeep and I certainly hope we are once again able to enjoy our new vehicle, without the fear of another break down. Ken & Zella Phares More

This being the first time having my Jeep Wrangler serviced, I am very satisfied. I plan on having all future servicing preformed at Klaben. I cant say enough about the care and compassion Joe Hilliard gives to everyone not just me. Brought my 2013 Avenger up from NC to get it serviced, because they couldnt figure it out. I always bring it to Klaben, but it happened in NC I thought shouldnt be hard to fix. Joe did way more than I ever expected. Joe and the tech did such a great job it actually is as quiet as it was when I bought it new at Klaben 8 yrs ago. I miss having Justin on that side with Joe the 2 of them really have you smiling when you leave. Please keep up the great work.
