Tina Kelly has been my service advisor since I leased my Jeep, two years ago. She is ALWAYS friendly, seemingly has all the time in the world to listen to what I need and then gets the service completed in Jeep, two years ago. The service department is great, no long waiting times. Tina always greets you with the work order, explains exactly what was completed and suggets what should happen in the next service visit. Because of Tina and Don Jacobs, I will remain a Klaben customer.It is so nice knowing that Klaben Jeep was not only interested in my lease, they continue to be interested in keeping me as a customer as seen by their excellent service care.Two thumbs up for Tina! Tina can always find an appointment date that works for my ever changing work schedule. She provides an added touch of knowing me and my vehicle. On one occasion I came in and asked a simple question concerning problems I was having with lug nuts, and Tina went above and beyond by having them all replaced just under my warranty expiration. It shows that she takes pride in her work and Klaben Dodge. I highly recommend the Klaben Dodge Service Department. More

I have been working with Joe for over 10 years. I have owned two Jeep Grand Cherokees and one Jeep Wrangler and Joe has serviced them all. When I arrive, he greets me by name and although I know he is juggling many vehicles through the repair and service process, he makes me feel like I am the only one there and that my vehicle is the only one being serviced that day. Joe lets me know when more expensive services are needed based upon mileage or when the mechanics see something that needs attention. Between Joe's excellent service and the knowledgeable mechanic team, I am confident that my vehicle is always in top running condition. All of my service appointments start and end with Joe and I wouldn't have it any other way! More

We have been going to Klaben for service on our Chrysler Town and Country van for a long time. Our van has a ramp in it for our disabled son, and it's difficult to be without it. Whenever possible, I ask for Joe to service our van. He understands our extenuating circumstances, and works with me to schedule service so our son isn't without transportation. He listens carefully to our description of any problems, and we appreciate his attention to our concerns. Joe understands how important our time is. He is very prompt in returning our calls and we rarely have to go back for service on the same issue. Everyone at Klaben is always friendly and helpful, but we're just comfortable with Joe and the service he provides. More

As far as service or repairs, the loyalty link card speaks for itself...and work is done quickly, perfectly and only what NEEDS to be done...they have never tried to push unnecessary or frivolous work...Tina is my girl and she makes sure it gets done with smile and a little conversation to boot. She always lets me know the cost estimates before any work is started, as well as the progress of any work being done. I continue to do business with Klaben Chrysler Jeep Dodge because of my original sales advisor Don Jacobs, and the attention to detail my service advisor Tina Kelly provides to me. This is a four-star dealership for a good reason. If you are going in for service, I advise you to ask for Tina and you will agree with my review. As soon as I got to the dealership I received a friendly greeting from Dmitry. This was my first time there and not even a minute in I was impressed. I wasn't sure what was wrong with my truck but Dmitry explained to me what they would need to do to figure it out. I then used the nice shuttle service to go to work. Within a couple hours I had a voicemail from Dmitry stating what they found. I called him back and he answered right away and explained what needed to be done. I had a couple questions and he answered them in a way I was able to understand(I don't know much about how trucks work). I was able to get my truck the same day. It was quite the pleasure at Klaben.
