I love Klaben service. Klaben has always met my expectation every time I have dealt with them. My service was quick and easy! I had navigation installed on my new Jeep Cherokee. It was a very quick and easy process and Justin was great in keeping me informed of the progress. This last time Justin questioned a noise coming from the back. I told him I was aware of it, but didn't think to ask about it. Several repairs later I am happy to report that my JEEP runs like new again. But that is not the reason I am writing. I am writing to compliment Justin Stinnett for exemplary service. Not only is he always smiling and so pleasant to work with, but he is conscientious, responsible and thorough. Justin always kept me abreast of what was going on and always had the work completed when he said it would be done. He even remembered to put my backpack in my vehicle as I had left it in a rental car the first time I was there. So often, people don’t take the time to compliment a good job. I thanked Justin, but just didn’t feel as if that was enough. He is as good as they get!!! More
