Tina goes out her way to be friendly, listens to any concerns I may have and provides fast, friendly solutions. She always lets me know the cost estimates before any work is started, as well as the progress of any work being done. I continue to do business with Klaben Chrysler Jeep Dodge because of my original sales advisor Don Jacobs, and the attention to detail my service advisor Tina Kelly provides to me. Generally speaking, mechanics and car shops don't have the best reputation, but I feel like I am being told the truth by Joe every time I go to Klaban. He definitely cares about his customers and differentiates between what is absolutely needed, what should be done soon, and merely his opinion on a matter, which is helpful when the difference is a large sum of money. As soon as I got to the dealership I received a friendly greeting from Dmitry. This was my first time there and not even a minute in I was impressed. I wasn't sure what was wrong with my truck but Dmitry ex greeting from Dmitry. This was my first time there and not even a minute in I was impressed. Within a couple hours I had a voicemail from Dmitry stating what they found. I called him back and he answered right away and explained what needed to be done. I had a couple questions and he answered them in a way I was able to understand(I don't know much about how trucks work). I was able to get my truck the same day. It was quite the pleasure at Klaben.
