Yes, recalls are always a hassle for the customer, but Corey and the rest of the Klaben team were quite accommodating and I feel my truck was treated with care and now I can rest assured that it is safe to drive once again. I had a few other possible warranty concerns to discuss with Corey and I never felt rushed and he seemed genuinely interested in addressing my concerns and making sure I was a happy customer.
