When I visit Klaben Chrysler in Kent Ohio, it is easy to write a review. My salesman from three years ago still sends me promotional mailings on service discounts, and even called me a few weeks ago to see if my Chrysler Pacifica was a candidate for a trade-in on something newer. When I had the pleasure of purchasing a super clean, certified used vehicle from Don Jacobs a few years ago, what really stood out was how he genuinely wanted to help me with my purchase, as opposed to selling me something. He helped me get a very equitable trade-in value, and I drove home that very evening in a great everyday vehicle. I called my service writer, Justin Stinnett last Friday and made an appointment for my 100,000 mile oil change today (Monday). I arrived and was greeted with a smile and an open ear, as always. Justin offered to arrange a ride over to the new car dealership showroom while I waited. I told him I wanted to get three new Chrysler factory wiper blade assemblies, the oil change I made the appointment for, and asked him to have my alignment checked and corrected if needed. The next thing I knew Justin was showing me the paper work from the service technician who performed the work/repairs on my car, explained to me what was done, and had me on my way inviting me to call back anytime that I had a need or concern. Some of my friends ask me why I drive a half hour from Canton to Kent "for an oil change" that I can get done anywhere. How do I explain that I get far more than just an oil change at Klaben. I am treated like family and pampered around while my vehicle gets top notch service at very reasonable prices from a dealer who would love to sell me my next vehicle when I am ready. No pressure, just results. No muffler bearings, halogen fluid, or winter air needing replaced in the tires, just honest help at honest prices from an honest family dealership. Do yourself a favor. Do what I do. Klaben Jeep Service I didn't buy my Jeep at Klaben but took it there for service for two reasons. First, where I bought the Jeep I soon discovered their service had (and I didn't buy my Jeep at Klaben but took it there for service for two reasons. I took my 2015 Patriot in for a radio software upgrade, oil change, and tire rotation. All went smoothly, the radio/Bluetooth works great, and they even called me a day later to make sure I was pleased. More

My truck is an older model and is always well taken care of. The service advisor Justin is always extremely pleasant to work with and happy to help with any problem I have. He is knowledgeable about any recalls and updates as well as help for tires when I needed them. He is one of the main reasons I return to this service center for all my vehicle needs even if its just for an oil change. I have sent friends and family to him and will continue to do so in the future. More

Beautiful car and ride, (as every vehicle I have purchased/leased from Klaben). This is were my TRUE story of Klabens Honesty, Loyalty, 100% Satisfaction and most important their INTEGRITY of DOING THE RIGHT THING comes to play. . Enjoying my NEW 2013 200 Touring, until I started my car the morning of March 29th, 2014, my engine light came on (never having this happen) I was in a panic. I called Klaben"s Service Repair Dept. and set up a appointment for April 2nd, I brought my car in and the technicians started to look for the problem right away, upon the result they had to replace a faulty fuel pump module. I discussed this with the Service Advisor and we both agreed that sometimes things happen until.....November 24, 2014 my engine light came on again I was in a panic state once again. I called the Service Dept and set up an appointment for November 28, 2014 and this time it was an oxygen sensor that needed replaced. This time however; I was not satisfied with my visit and felt that I was now driving a used car instead of a new car that I had purchased. I discussed my concerns with the Service Manager and he was concerned that I was not satisfied with my recent repair, he proceeded to tell me that a Dist. Mgr. from Chrysler would be in on the following Tues. December 2nd, and that he would discuss this with him to see what could be done and that he would contact me with the results. Mid morning December 2nd I received a call from the Service Mgr. and we discussed the offer Chrysler was willing to do to in hopes to satisfy my disappointment, I told him I was not satisfied with that and he suggested that he would call Sales to see what could be done and have them contact me directly. To my surprise @ 3:30pm that same day I received a call from Courtney Hatcher, who wanted to get the feel of the story and what was happening with how I felt about my situation. When done discussing this with Courtney she asked me "What do you expect to hear from Klaben regarding this situation"? I replied my saying "That I wanted Klaben/Chrysler to just do the right thing. Courtney then explained that she was going to take this to her Superior and would contact me with the results, and I thanked her for caring enough to listen and wanting to see me 100% satisfied. At 4:45pm that same day I received a call from Courtney stating that she had GOOD NEWS......and I was OVERWHELMED and tears in my eyes that Klaben Chrylser Jeep Dodge were going to put me in a NEW 2015 200 Limited with the same car payment! It was like a dream! On Thursday December 4, 2014 I was driving my 2015 home. In ONE DAY they had accomplished what most (if any) car dealerships would have taken months. OUTSTANDING TO THE KLABEN TEAM! I have had my ups and downs with Dealerships before getting referred to Klaben in 2002, and every visit has been like a family visit. From the Sales to Finance to Service they are everything and more! I have never had a issue with Klaben or any of my purchases...enjoyed every vehicle, but I CANNOT THANK THEM ENOUGH for being and standing by who they are.
