Will never return because of rude parts person. I was at the front counter trying to get a part when Jermey walked up playing on some kind of tablet. He then gave me attitude after i tried to get pa I was at the front counter trying to get a part when Jermey walked up playing on some kind of tablet. He then gave me attitude after i tried to get parts with out a vin. After finding the Vin i came back to discover again he was playing a GAME on a IPAD!!! HOW UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! He then had a bad attitude about the whole situation because is was a hard trim piece to find... he told me multipal times im not seeing what you are looking for!!! During the time im waiting for this rude parts person to find my part, a Tech comes up and is trying to get a part from jermey and starts yelling about how there is never anyone in parts, and he is not making any money today.. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I feel that this dealers managment is not keeping its employees inline to serve customers needs and also it seems like their employees are not happy there either.... I will do my best to never shop there again weather its for a part or a car and I will share my experience with every one i can find!! More

Great Service!! Nick saw my sister and I in order to turn on our leased jeep. My father lives in Texas, and wasn't able to be there for the trade in... We were treate Nick saw my sister and I in order to turn on our leased jeep. My father lives in Texas, and wasn't able to be there for the trade in... We were treated HORRIBLY at anothe local dealership... Not at Klaben! Nick actually gave us quality service and was so polite and kind. I will be going back there to buy my next vehicle because of his exceptional service. No sale was involved in my visit but that did not prevent nick from giving us the best service!!!
