Best service around. I had a horrible experience at falls dodge. Your service personnel were extremely friendly and quick! They found the problem and had the car back to me within 15 minutes. That would have taken 3 days at falls! I will not take my car to any other dealership even it is further away from my house. More

Joe was fantastic We were up in Ohio from South Carolina pulling a 42 ft trailer when the RAM 2015 3500 was having intermittent starting problems. Don't be fooled by other area Jeep dealers advertising. I have had experience from both the sales and service side of Klaben customer service, and have been able to see behind the curtain and see how Richa I have had experience from both the sales and service side of Klaben customer service, and have been able to see behind the curtain and see how Richard Klaben and Steve Stephens operates as a company, how well the service department works to take care of you after the sale with maintenance and repair as well as a great experience with the body shop (Damn Deer) For real, even if the Dodge dealer down the road is a few bucks a month less it's the difference between going to Target vs Wal-Mart. It's worth the few bucks. ESPECIALLY if your buying Certified pre owned or Used. More

Misdiagnose of engine issues My Ram truck was not starting. Engine would turn over but not start. I was informed that I needed a new fuel pump. The fuel pump was installed and My Ram truck was not starting. Engine would turn over but not start. I was informed that I needed a new fuel pump. The fuel pump was installed and after $550 my issue was not resolved. My truck is still current in the shop with Klaben and evidently the mechanics need to call Chrysler to discuss the issues. Needless to say my confidence level is not high. I am hoping this issue can be resolved but I am not going to pay any more money given the I have already paid enough and my problems are not resolved. More

Get the job done right, the first time. Their service team is one of the best. They know me and my vehicle and that's what makes the experience great! They are always friendly when I pull into the garage and do their best to get me in and out as quickly as possible and when they can't, they make it a point to come out and tell me. More
