I drive 45 minutes to come to Klaben! I have to start off by saying that I just moved to Medina from Toledo almost a year ago. I was having some issues with my Jeep back in May. I called around to the closest Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram dealerships (Medina and Brunswick) and both dealerships told me that they couldn't get me in for at least two weeks. TWO WEEKS! That is insanity to me! I continued to try to find a dealer that could take care of me and I thankfully got in touch with Justin Stinnett at Klaben. He got me in that very same day....the VERY SAME DAY! I have also had some issues with the dealership in Medina regarding oil changes. Whenever I needed an oil change back home in Toledo I would just drive up to the dealership and they would see you right then and there. I tried doing this in Medina (because this is what I was used to) and I did not feel welcomed at all. I was told that "We might be able to squeeze you in. Come back in an hour." After my oil change in Medina I was told that service is by appointment only because they are understaffed. After the holidays I found myself in need of another oil change. I called Medina to set up an appointment (only because it is 5 minutes away from my home). I was in the middle of trying to make an appointment (that was scheduled 10 days out because that was the best they could do), when I was disconnected. I immediately called back, but the phone just kept ringing and ringing. No one answered. I became so frustrated with the dealership in Medina that I called Justin at Klaben. Can you guess when he got me in for my oil change? THE VERY NEXT DAY! He is extremely professional. You see, I am a 27 year old girl who knows absolutely nothing about cars. I am the kind of person who could easily be taken advantage of in situations like this, but Justin makes my entire experience go seamlessly from beginning to end. He makes me feel comfortable in a situation where I am unfamiliar. He is extremely personable, he remembers details about his clients, he is just an extremely genuine person. The level of professionalism from Justin and the entire staff at Klaben is honestly the reason why I drive 45 just to get an oil change. I will be a Klaben customer for as long as I live in this area. Justin Stinnett is to thank for that. More
The BEST Service Department in OHIO I was driving to work on Friday November 6, 2015 and my warning indicator light came on my 2015 Chrysler 200...I was like no way....I called Justin in I was driving to work on Friday November 6, 2015 and my warning indicator light came on my 2015 Chrysler 200...I was like no way....I called Justin in the service department and explained what was going on and that I needed to bring it in. Justin stated that they were 2 weeks out for appointments, but was able to fit me in at 1:30pm the next day, which was Saturday. I was so thrilled that he was able to fit me in that quickly, Justin had my car looked at and repaired by 2:00pm, thank goodness it was just a computer clitch. Mr. Klaben if you happen to read this, Justin is the most outstanding Service Advisor!! No matter the situation...Justin is always calm, shows the upmost professionalism, honest, and to his word....No matter the circumstance or the mood of the customer.....you can always count on Justin to resolve any issue! In the real world (some)employers think of employees as DISPENSABLE, but Justin is truly INDISPENSABLE. Finding another Service Advisor like Justin in my opinion would be difficult. I can say this because I have been dealing with your dealership since 2002 til present, and it is people like Justin who make me want to come back with a smile on my face! I hope Justin is rewarded for all his hard work his gratitude, professionalism..etc, because he truly deserves it! A big...big BONUS for Justin! More

Along with the usual factory oil change on my aging Chrysler Pacifica (105K), I felt it was time to perform a second automatic transmission service (fluid and filter), a brake fluid flush, and suspension alignment. All of these tasks were performed with me knowing the cost before starting, and they were done on time and in a professional manor. I am very happy with the Klaben sales & service experience. So much that I have recommended several friends to the Klaben family of dealerships for both sales and service. A friend and business partner even brought his Jeep Commander from Pittsburgh for service. I have several Chrysler dealerships that are closer to me, but I go from Canton to Klaben in Kent Ohio for all of my vehicle needs. Called for service told booking 7 days out. Been having both my vehicles serviced there for the past 4 years. Service was great up until the last 6 months. Lately the last three attempts for service were the same problem. To schedule an appointment they were booking 7 days out. That is totally insane to have to wait 7 days just to have them look at the vehicle for a check engine light. So today after booking an appointment to wait 7 days. I called Haas Dodge and are seeing me tomorrow at 2pm So I will no longer take my business to Klaben Service. By the if you have an extended service plan you are entitled to a free rental which they denied my wife until I called the Service Manger. Just an FYI The sales department is great. Service Dept the worst so buy and run. More

Most professional repair visit I've ever had! Took my Jeep Patriot in for an oil leak and a tire rotation. My service writer Joe Hillard was courteous, professional and caring. He promptly assigned my Jeep to Mike Hall for the repair and inspection. Mike was very thorough and discovered a rear brake issue. They fixed my oil leak, rear brakes and provided me with a more than fair price. Joe kept me informed of the progress as I waited for my Jeep. The Service Manager Mike VanHoose personally thanked me for coming in and having my Jeep serviced there. WOW!!! I will not hesitate bringing my Jeep here when it needs any other work. What a TEAM! I couldn't have made a better choice! I've been going here for four solid years and can't imagine going anywhere else. I highly recommend this dealer. While everyone in the service department has always been very friendly and extremely helpful, I must say I do throughly enjoy working with and appreciate Justin. He's excellent! I honestly can say I trust that I am getting the best service at the best price here at Klaben. More
