For problems with Powertrain this was the third time in a month I had to come up for problems with heater controls and Power train sensor twice this cost me in gas and time it i this was the third time in a month I had to come up for problems with heater controls and Power train sensor twice this cost me in gas and time it is 46 miles each way from my home in N. Canton plus I am on Chemo for Cancer and not feeling that good !! More

Poor Service! I will never use your dealership for service! Justin Stinnet dropped the bal not once, twice but 3 times!!!!!! You should be ashamed of this emp I will never use your dealership for service! Justin Stinnet dropped the bal not once, twice but 3 times!!!!!! You should be ashamed of this employee. Gary Damia did everything but jump through hoops trying to do the right thing. John Coco even tried after three failed attempts. The problem still continued it was never fixed even though he said it was. Justin was supposed to follow up with me on Monday. I called the dealership Monday at 1 PM to find out the status . It's not the customer's responsibility it's the service departments responsibility . You have no problem with the spending close to $30,000 but you certainly have a major problem with your service department . I am in embarrassed do you have a Klaben tags on my car right now. I can't say enough great things about Gary but as far as your service department you might want to think twice about recommending it. it's a very poor excuse. Please do not call to follow up as I don't want to hear any excuses or to see Klaben's name on my phone . You are not worthy of any stars on this survey. More

Just a great outfit!!! I am very pleased with every aspect of Klaben! My sister told me how happy she was with her vehicle from Klaben, my brother-in-law also very happy wit I am very pleased with every aspect of Klaben! Joe Hilliard : always looks out for me When I have a question or need service,even just an oil change, he always finds a way to fit me in.
