My service was quick and easy! I had navigation installed on my new Jeep Cherokee. It was a very quick and easy process and Justin was great in keeping me informed of the progress. Justin Stinnett is a keeper! I leased my JEEP from Klaben several years ago and have always taken it there for oil changes. This last time Justin questioned a noise coming from the back. I told him I was aware of it, but didn't think to ask about it. Several repairs later I am happy to report that my JEEP runs like new again. But that is not the reason I am writing. I am writing to compliment Justin Stinnett for exemplary service. Not only is he always smiling and so pleasant to work with, but he is conscientious, responsible and thorough. Justin always kept me abreast of what was going on and always had the work completed when he said it would be done. He even remembered to put my backpack in my vehicle as I had left it in a rental car the first time I was there. So often, people don’t take the time to compliment a good job. I thanked Justin, but just didn’t feel as if that was enough. He is as good as they get!!! More

He takes the time to be sure you understand the service being recommended and listens very well to your questions and concerns. He does not pressure your to have it performed at that time if you choose not to do it. He has been very helpful in discussing a problem, even when called from out of state. Klaben has been excellent at standing behind their repairs. They did a brake job and readily replaced the rotors when they failed 15,000 miles after the repair. More
