Myself and my Father have come to Klaban since we moved to Ohio four years ago and we have been lucky to find a guy like Joe there. Joe is honest, caring, friendly, and patient. I ask for Joe every time I call Klaban and every time I go into the shop. Generally speaking, mechanics and car shops don't have the best reputation, but I feel like I am being told the truth by Joe every time I go to Klaban. He definitely cares about his customers and differentiates between what is absolutely needed, what should be done soon, and merely his opinion on a matter, which is helpful when the difference is a large sum of money. As long as I am in Kent, I will always go to Joe! More

What I always look for in a service representative is honesty. Joe does his best to look for problems and will make sure that what needs to be done is done.
