I also want to apologize for your truck not being fixed right the first time. We follow a diagnostic process that leads us to a repair and then make a repair in good faith that a vehicle will be and is fixed. Unfortunately, that did not happen in your case. That is why we try very hard to handle it as painlessly as we can because we value your time and your trust in us. Our offer of a loaner vehicle is there if you need transportation and we will take care of replacing the totally integrated power module that controls the fuel pump on your truck. We try very hard to set ourselves apart from our competition by working to deliver a higher level of customer satisfaction that will create advocates and customers for life. That is why, when a vehicle returns with the same concern in a short period of time, we do everything we can to lessen the inconvenience.
