The dealership was tremendous however, Chrysler was terrible Klaben Chrysler did an outstanding job of updating me throughout my ordeal. I call it an ordeal simply because it took the dealership only an hour and Klaben Chrysler did an outstanding job of updating me throughout my ordeal. I call it an ordeal simply because it took the dealership only an hour and a half to install the part but it took Chrysler about 33 days to deliver the part. The dealership was kind enough to provide me with a loaner car but I'm paying the lease on a much more expensive car. The dealership's service was excellent, but I couldn't recommend Chrysler. I don't think my next car will be a Chrysler! More

Poor Service! I will never use your dealership for service! Justin Stinnet dropped the bal not once, twice but 3 times!!!!!! You should be ashamed of this emp I will never use your dealership for service! Justin Stinnet dropped the bal not once, twice but 3 times!!!!!! You should be ashamed of this employee. Gary Damia did everything but jump through hoops trying to do the right thing. John Coco even tried after three failed attempts. The problem still continued it was never fixed even though he said it was. Justin was supposed to follow up with me on Monday. I called the dealership Monday at 1 PM to find out the status . It's not the customer's responsibility it's the service departments responsibility . You have no problem with the spending close to $30,000 but you certainly have a major problem with your service department . I am in embarrassed do you have a Klaben tags on my car right now. I can't say enough great things about Gary but as far as your service department you might want to think twice about recommending it. it's a very poor excuse. Please do not call to follow up as I don't want to hear any excuses or to see Klaben's name on my phone . You are not worthy of any stars on this survey. More
