On time but not fixed Took my truck in for a noise in the heating vents and an oil change. Took about 5 hours, paid my deductible and took the truck home. That's all fine. I don't know if the part is defective or it was a misdiagnosis but, either way, truck has to go in again. More

Groundhog Day I want to like this place. I do. It's not that the people they won't at this service are gruff or unfriendly, it's that they're inept. I've taken the I want to like this place. I do. I've taken the vehicle to this center multiple times for the same issue and only after I did my own research and spelled out (literally) what the problem was (repeatedly) that anything got done. There's only so many opportunities you can give to people before you look elsewhere. I'm at that point. The only way I would go to this service center is if I was bound by some document, like a vehicle warranty where I had to have service done by a Chrysler Jeep Dodge "technician". More

It took a little long for an oil change, the service rep realize that, and gave me a $25 discount. It took about an hour and a half for the oil change but I am joyed a donut while I was waiting. I have been taking my crossfire to this dealer for the past seven or eight years and I've always had great service . Don't remember the name of my service representative. Also, parts of the questionnaire do not make a lot of sense. The sales and service issues seem to get mixed up. I can't submit the information without checking a sales person's name so I am just going to check one And I have no idea who this individual is More
