Joe in Service Dept. had me bring in my Jeep and he made it right. Not only was I impressed, he made me a believer of your Commitment To Excellence!!! I will be a customer for awhile now. However, it took two visits to correct the problem with the brakes on the recently purchased 2015 Grand Caravan. I am not at all sure the information given on the first visit was correct, but, that said it looks like the second visit corrected the problem. More

Jeff Beane was AMAZING I will definitely recommend Klaben and to see Jeff Beane. Jeff had a vehicle picked out for me and did everything prior to me showing. Service couldn’t find the water pump leaking I brought my Pontiac solstice for service for the water pump leak. After they put pressure test on it they still couldn’t find it. The next day I had I brought my Pontiac solstice for service for the water pump leak. After they put pressure test on it they still couldn’t find it. The next day I had to show pics of it leaking and then they found the leak. Since they didn’t have the tools to fix it they had to drive it to Lambert Buick in the Falls. More

Service Dept i have been a customer of Klaben for several years and i have never had a bad experience. I brought my car in for an oil change recently and Justin, i i have been a customer of Klaben for several years and i have never had a bad experience. I brought my car in for an oil change recently and Justin, in the Service Dept., took care of my oil change in a timely manner. While i was checking out i asked Justin about a card i received regarding my air bags, and he advised me that he had already checked that out as well as some other minor things, and all was ok.. Your Service Dept. really looks out for their customers. I would refer Klaben to anyone. Great Job!! More
