AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME!!!!!!.....YOU GUYS NEVER LET US DOWN My husband and self came in for an oil change and my front blinker light was out... anyway we had errands to run and was given a rental for a few hou My husband and self came in for an oil change and my front blinker light was out... anyway we had errands to run and was given a rental for a few hours. I would suggest (Klaben) to inform the customers NOT TO SMOKE IN THE RENTALS. YUCK...the car had a terrible smell do to that...Justin gave us a call to let us know that the car was ready, as he called us he noticed the blinker light was our again and he stated that they would need to keep my Durango over night...I asked if we could have truck since that's what I drive.. He had a SUV ready and waiting as we arrived and also helped us make the transition.. He's an awesome dude, very professional, helpful and courteous.... SHOUT OUT TO JUSTIN STINNETT.....KEEP UP THE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! More

The best auto service provider around! I purchased my vehicle from Klaben Chrysler Jeep Dodge in 2013 and have used their service department since for all my automotive needs. Unlike some o I purchased my vehicle from Klaben Chrysler Jeep Dodge in 2013 and have used their service department since for all my automotive needs. Unlike some of my past experiences with dealerships for purchase or service, I can honestly say that Klaben definitely prioritizes the customer experience over all else! This attitude towards its customers has lead me to recommend Klaben to my company as well as many family and friends. A special shout out to Justin Stinnett for being the point man in providing this experience! More

The staff was polite, but it took quite a while to service my vehicle, and they didn't wash my car after it had been serviced. If they had, I would have given them a rating of 5 instead of 4. More
Really Disappointed I had a slow leak in one tire on my car (all of which were purchased from Klaben, 3 years ago, so I made an appointment with the service center and ha I had a slow leak in one tire on my car (all of which were purchased from Klaben, 3 years ago, so I made an appointment with the service center and had them order a new tire, just in case. They never discussed the price of the tire with me, but I figured I'd talk with them, at the time of the appointment. They looked over my car and said that I didn't need a new tire...........the rims just needed cleaning so they charged me $96 something for the cleaning and I had them put two new wiper blades on. Over the next few days my tire kept going flat, so I had to keep putting air in it and, although I called Klaben, immediately, they couldn't get me in because my service man had taken the weekend off, so I made an appointment for that Monday morning at 7 AM. When I went out to go to the appointment, the tire was completely flat and when I called Klaben, they asked me if I could get it up to the gas station to put air in it. I told them I would try, but I never made it there.......my tire started coming off of the rim and I had to pull over, on the side of the road. I called Klaben and told them that I was stuck, so they sent a man with a portable air machine and when he got to me, he said the tire was almost off the rim, so he couldn't help me. He left me there and I called Klaben. He asked if I had AAA and I do not, so he said he would get a place called Joe's to tow me in. I sat in that car, on the side of the road for an hour until Joe's showed up and towed me in. My service man came back to me and said I definitely needed a new tire and they hadn't sent the one back that they had ordered for me on the previous appointment. I asked him about the price of the tire and he said that he had, already, discussed the price with me, which he had not. So, in addition to the three and a half hours that I sat there on the first appointment and, now, another two hours for the second appointment to change a tire and a couple of wiper blades, he charges me another $90 some dollars for something that was their fault. I wanted that new tire from the first appointment and they felt I didn't need it, so I end up on the side of the road for an hour and lose 5 and a half hours of my time, sitting in their lobby, when the situation was their fault and, then, get charged for it, again. I am so mad, I'm looking for a new mechanic, now. I bought this car from Klaben and have been using Klaben to service it for eight years and I feel that they should have done something to compensate me for a situation that was their fault. I don't want to purchase my next car from them and I don't want to use their service department, anymore. I've, always, given excellent reviews about them, but not this time. I feel they're getting lax with the service they provide and I'm really disappointed in them. More
