The Service Dept. didn't stop until I was satisfied. After purchasing a used Jeep Patriot, I noticed a noise coming from the rear brakes. Was told to bring it in and they would take care of it. Although After purchasing a used Jeep Patriot, I noticed a noise coming from the rear brakes. Was told to bring it in and they would take care of it. Although they didn't find much wrong with the brakes or rotor, they went ahead to replace it so it didn't make anymore noise when backing up. Very please they didn't take the easy way out!!
