My jeep is still having parts falling off of it! Awful! They let me leave first time with no brakes. My husband had to call and complain.2nd trip wipers did not work and no windshield wiper fluid not Awful! They let me leave first time with no brakes. My husband had to call and complain.2nd trip wipers did not work and no windshield wiper fluid not working. Man came to my house to fix just to see under hood a huge part was missing bolts that had been dragging under jeep. My family will never put our lives in your hands ever again! Managers should have service department man fired! Thank God nothing serious happened to me! More

Ram 1500 Left Rear Axel Recall Service I was a bit apprehensive with having to take a brand new vehicle in for recall axel service, but Corey eased by concerns and the overall experience wa I was a bit apprehensive with having to take a brand new vehicle in for recall axel service, but Corey eased by concerns and the overall experience was quite positive. Yes, recalls are always a hassle for the customer, but Corey and the rest of the Klaben team were quite accommodating and I feel my truck was treated with care and now I can rest assured that it is safe to drive once again. I had a few other possible warranty concerns to discuss with Corey and I never felt rushed and he seemed genuinely interested in addressing my concerns and making sure I was a happy customer. Kudos to Corey and I'll continue to take my Ram Truck to Klaben for service! More

Satisified but not Happy Took van in for service. Needed 4 new tires per Klaben. No problem . Bought top of line tires $260+ ea They did not check alignment . When asked abou Took van in for service. Needed 4 new tires per Klaben. No problem . Bought top of line tires $260+ ea They did not check alignment . When asked about it it was not needed. First time ever I boutght tires and didn't need alignment or at least pt on machine and checked. Usally end up paying $120 for 4 wheel alignment. get a phone call 15 min after leaving and they say bring it back in and we will give you free alignment. Not easy getting to dealership but again I drop it off for the day get rides etc. Forgot to mention they offered wash was never done either time So I look at the paper work and they did do a check of alighment and alighment on front, Some how I guess the back is good. More
