CAR TROUBLE ONE SUNDAY MORNING I HAD SEVERAL LIGHTS POPPING UP ON MY DASHBOARD, CAR OVER HEATING, MY CAR WAS ONLY A YEAR OLD. I WAS FRUSTRATED, I CALLED KLABEN AS SOON AS THEY OPENED AT 715, SPOKE WITH JUSTIN STINNETT BY THE TIME I HAD GOTTEN THERE I WAS ABLE TO PULL STRAIGHT IN, AND HE HAD A RENTAL CARE WAITING FOR ME ALREADY WARMING UP. MY CAR WAS FIXED AND EVEN PERFORMED AN OIL CHANGE ALL WITHIN THE SAME DAY. JUSTIN KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING AND I GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND! More

I have been taking my crossfire to this dealer for the past seven or eight years and I've always had great service . Don't remember the name of my service representative. Also, parts of the questionnaire do not make a lot of sense. The sales and service issues seem to get mixed up. I can't submit the information without checking a sales person's name so I am just going to check one And I have no idea who this individual is More

1st visit - went OK Purchased a 2014 Dodger Journey Crossroads at another dealership. From CarFax i discovered it has been purchased from Klaben and serviced there. Justin took excellent care of me and even though I needed to leave it there overnight he kept in contact with me and let me know the progress along the way....
