They brought me a loaner, twice, at my work which is a looong way from the dealer. Took my truck back, fixed what needed fixed, washed my truck, filled it with gas and brought it to me at work. This time the experience is what I would expect from a dealer that has been in business this long. Thanks guys, I'm perfectly satisfied this time around.
