Service couldn’t find the water pump leaking I brought my Pontiac solstice for service for the water pump leak. After they put pressure test on it they still couldn’t find it. The next day I had I brought my Pontiac solstice for service for the water pump leak. After they put pressure test on it they still couldn’t find it. The next day I had to show pics of it leaking and then they found the leak. Since they didn’t have the tools to fix it they had to drive it to Lambert Buick in the Falls. More

I brought my car in for an oil change recently and Justin, i i have been a customer of Klaben for several years and i have never had a bad experience. I brought my car in for an oil change recently and Justin, in the Service Dept., took care of my oil change in a timely manner. While i was checking out i asked Justin about a card i received regarding my air bags, and he advised me that he had already checked that out as well as some other minor things, and all was ok.. Your Service Dept. really looks out for their customers. I would refer Klaben to anyone. Great Job!! More

Always a pleasant experience! We needed service on our Chrysler Town & Country van. Usually, I prefer to wait there. I always work with Joe. He is very professional and listens to my concerns. If there's an issue, he explains it completely; we make a decision and the service is performed quickly and correctly. The waiting area is neat and clean, and the coffee and doughnuts are appreciated. Some of my friends have been unhappy with their service at other places, and I continue to recommend Joe at Klaben in Kent. Thanks again! More

Consistently Great Service! Had to take my 2015 RAM 1500 in for a warranty repair as the tailgate lock actuator was not operating correctly, causing my tailgate to drop unexpecte Had to take my 2015 RAM 1500 in for a warranty repair as the tailgate lock actuator was not operating correctly, causing my tailgate to drop unexpectedly. Thankfully, Klaben was able to get my truck in quickly and had the necessary parts on-hand to fix it the same day, so I was in and out quickly.
