Nice people, attemted to resolve issues, still has problems Gentlemen, First I want to thank Tom P, Joe H. and the mechanic for the extra effort on trying to fix the problems with my Ram 1500 truck. I h Gentlemen, First I want to thank Tom P, Joe H. and the mechanic for the extra effort on trying to fix the problems with my Ram 1500 truck. I have only had it on the road two or three time since I left Klaben. I am sorry to say all issues are the same. I am glad Tom P. test drove the truck when I was there so he is aware of the issues. My wife when riding in the truck even commented that she thought the items we fixed. Although, as I said I appreciate you efforts, I am disappointed with this truck. What are my next options? More

Great Service! Great people! I was scheduled for my first oil change and safety check. I was running late due to traffic problems caused by inclement weather. Overcharge much? I received a quote to repair 5 broken manifold studs, the estimate was $1300, not including new manifolds if needed. $650 for parts and $550 for labor I received a quote to repair 5 broken manifold studs, the estimate was $1300, not including new manifolds if needed. $650 for parts and $550 for labor. I was told the studs would all be broken off at the head, requiring drilling and tapping. I know a tech from another dealership who told me out of the couple hundred he has done, only a hand full were flush. I went to the parts counter and bought all 16 studs for $120, and was quoted $25 each for gaskets... That's less than $200, and a major savings... Don't try to rip people off... More
