I don't know how to convey the shock, disbelief and embarrassment I feel after having read your comments and reviewing your service history. To say that we failed you is an understatement. I will not even begin to try and offer any excuses, for there are none. We are constantly requesting feedback from our valued customers as we know that is the only true gauge we have to measure how we are doing when it comes to delivering the type of experience that our customers should expect and deserve, and in this case, your honesty and time are truly appreciated. Yes, it is painful to read, but we need to read it just the same. I also want to thank you for taking the additional time to speak with me on the phone and for further expressing your concerns and disappointment in us. Just know that your comments do not go unrecognized. We now have the responsibility to take your feedback and utilize it in a way that will drive us to determine the root cause for your concern, and then to fix it, swiftly and permanently.
