I appreciate the response but I truly don’t want to return. It’s a huge inconvenience with a demanding job and baby at home. This car already had a recall and two repairs on same issue. Brand new and $40k. Kind of crazy. To top it off, I have received two phone calls from Joe today and at no point included my phone number or name. Apparently it was obvious who I was, but with no permission to contact I find it over the top and invasive. Please let your team know I would appreciate the calls stopping. Feedback is most definitely a gift and a crucial piece of development. I simply can’t waste time or money on something repetitive that isn’t along side of exceptional service. I’m so upset that I am financially strapped to this car for two more years, it is what it is.

Thank you for the continued feedback and details and for the further explanation of your dissatisfaction. Joe was reaching out because he is empowered to do what he can in the interest of customer satisfaction and he takes it to heart when he is involved in a customer issue. But you are correct, he should not keep calling and this has been reviewed with him. You should also know that along with myself, Richard Klaben is involved as well, as we are in virtually every scenario, but when the level of dissatisfaction matches yours, we become active in the fact finding as well as insuring that every possible resource has been utilized in reaching a resolution. The easy thing for us to do now would be to say that we tried and walk away, but we seldom take the easy route in anything we do. Our goal is to try and put ourselves in the shoes of the customer and then try and do what is right for the customer. Given your busy life, we would take every measure available to insure having your vehicle looked at again, is as convenient as possible. Finally, we never want you to feel trapped or "strapped" to your vehicle. Our hope is that everyone is as happy 12 months (and longer) into their purchase, as they were the day they drove it home. I will stop my rambling and reiterate that we are here for you to help in any way we can. We value you, your time and your business and we remain at your service.
