Brought my Ram in to fix a glitch in the radio/display and a suggested oil change. Joe has been taking care of my service previously and I go to him strictly out of familiarity- never again. First thing he told me-cost $100- out of warranty. Second time in for this issue. 200 miles out of warranty. Extended warranty was $100 deductible. Asked for new wipers w/ the oil change. Fine- went and waited. 45min later he shows me a $0 invoice- he said it was a previous issue and the software update was no charge.Asked about the oil change-oops, Joe forgot. An hour later it was done. Joe has a crappy attitude. I would expect better from Klaben! More

We took delivery of our new Willy's Jeep the first week of January. Within the first few weeks, a loud chatter/rattle starting coming from the top and front of the engine. When I dropped the vehicle for se of January. Within the first few weeks, a loud chatter/rattle starting coming from the top and front of the engine. When I dropped the vehicle for service to diagnose the problem, it was initially determined that the waste gate on the turbo charger was faulty. A new turbo charger and waste gate was installed. Upon re-examination, the noise was still very evident. The high pressure fuel pump was checked and was determined to be okay. At this time engineering was brought onboard and it was determined to check the timing belt and tension pully. It was determined that a spring on the tension pully was faulty, causing too much slack on the timing belt/chain. Our jeep was in service for 17 days. We were provided a loaner vehicle and we were treated well by Timothy Beane from sales and and Justin Stinnett from Service. My compliant is with the factory for allowing a vehicle to be sent out for delivery from the factory with serious mechanical defects. Our jeep has been repaired, but the new car experience has certainly been diminished. The manufacturer did re-imburse us a months payment and did provide an extended warranty. WE love the jeep and I certainly hope we are once again able to enjoy our new vehicle, without the fear of another break down. Ken & Zella Phares More
