I let them know When I bought my car November 29 that the Uconnect app was not working had it in there several times they told me it was on me that I have to complete setting it up I took it in for my first Uconnect app was not working had it in there several times they told me it was on me that I have to complete setting it up I took it in for my first oil change a week ago they had a recall on the Uconnect app I have not been able to use this feature since I had my car thinking about going to another dealership for oil changes and services More

Justin is very helpful. He is very knowledgeable in auto repair. This service trip he helped to get the factory warranty activated for the US. Apparently, the dealer (not Klaben) checked the wrong box on a repair. This service trip he helped to get the factory warranty activated for the US. Apparently, the dealer (not Klaben) checked the wrong box on a website and registered the warranty for Canada and not the US. He does a good job making sure my car’s service needs are met. More
