After 5 PM I received a voicemail asking me to call about our vehicle we had dropped off the day before using the night drop box packet. The call was blocked by Verizon as "spam" so it never rang my phone. our vehicle we had dropped off the day before using the night drop box packet. Then in the afternoon I called again and they could not find him nor could they tell me anything about my vehicle. Later in the day I got another blocked call VM, again just asking me to call back. I did and again they said the caller was busy, so I told them to call my wife's cell because she does not have SPAM blocking. He called back and started talking about the wrong vehicle. Once we were placed on hold he came back on and asked a number of questions, asking what vehicle we dropped off and where did we put the keys? (Uh -in the filled out and sealed service envelope we placed into the chute where it says night drop). After another hold he came back and said, "Oh yea, your car is done". Communication is not one of their strong points. More

Everytime I bring my vehicle here, it's always a good experience. Corey listens to my concerns and makes sure to note them for the techs to look at.
