Great customer service! We brought in our car for what we thought was a warranty issue because the AC wasn't working. Turns out we had hit a raccoon in February which we tho We brought in our car for what we thought was a warranty issue because the AC wasn't working. Turns out we had hit a raccoon in February which we thought did minimal cosmetic damage to the underside of the front of the car. We didn't think to test the AC in February! Thankfully auto insurance covered the cost of repairs. Corey did a great job facilitating the coordination with the insurance company and communicating with us every step of the way to keep things moving. He was consistently professional and courteous.
