Naturally I appreciate the positive comments regarding Todd the service manager, but am more interested in the comments that describe the rest of your experience. What you describe is unacceptable and appalling and there are no excuses for what you went through. This does not depict the type of experience that we coach our team members to deliver, and when something like this happens it raises red flags with the entire leadership team. I apologize for us not delivering the type of experience that you should expect and deserve. I have failed in my attempts to contact you. It is important to me to be able to gather more details from you and to insure that your vehicle has no further issues and to see if there is anything that I can try and do for you at this point.
