This was the worst service experience I have ever had anywhere. I took my vehicle in to get a diagnostic done on it and when they were "supposedly" done I had no diagnostic paperwork at all. My husband, who is a mechanic with over 50 years experience, knew more about the issue than the service writer did. I don't believe a diagnostic was even done. Instead they took the information my husband gave when the vehicle was dropped off and made a determination from his work. $3000 for a catalytic convertor? Seriously? With no diagnostic? After 2 sentences from my husband the service writer told us there was no charge for the diagnostic (the one that was never performed anyway, again no paperwork) What? The charges were dropped because someone who knew what they were talking about; you could not even question or comment to them. We never spoke with the mechanic who supposedly did the diagnostic (again no paperwork) Even Echeck you get a paper diagnostic report!! The very next day my vehicle began having serious issues. I needed a new TPS which a proper diagnostic would have picked up on (again one could not have been performed) We have since repaired the issued for $327! The young man who gave us a ride home was the best part of this experience! I would have given a lower rating but I was unable to. More

I dont recall being informed or prompted of the 10 year drive train inspection necessity to continue warantee coverage. I had extensive drive train work done 6 months before the inspection date and dont re drive train inspection necessity to continue warantee coverage. I had extensive drive train work done 6 months before the inspection date and dont recall being informed of pending inspection. Fuel injector would not have been detected. I feel taken advantage of with a small technicality. I have had several Dodge vehicles as a 16 year Chrysler employee and drive train was always covered. I actually paid for the lifetime bumper to bumper in addition to the lifetime drive train warrantee. All void for technicality. Service center and employees great. Chryslers warrantee trap very poor business ethic. I wont buy Dodge or Jeep again. More
Import of 10 year drivetrain inspection not brought to my attention. Injectors would not have shown up in the inspection. I was taken advantage of.
