Joe,, service writer, once again did a very great job of keeping me informed about the progress of my van.. Joe even asked if we wanted the car washed but i just had the van washed. Service rep Justin local tech Sean tried to do their job, but Chrysler corp warranty person/dept refused to resole the problem. Really happy I purchase the $3,000.00 Lifetime Warranty. Drove twice about 45 minutes each way to and from Klaben service center for a scheduled appointment. On each visit, I waited for a minimum of 2.5 hours at the lobby for service to be completed. But I was ve service center for a scheduled appointment. On each visit, I waited for a minimum of 2.5 hours at the lobby for service to be completed. But I was very disappointed after such a long wait, to be informed that service could not be completed because part (blower motor resistor) was not available or a wrong part was ordered. Nevetheless, on the third visit, I was told that in addition to the resistor, a blower motor itself was needed to vomplete the job. At the intervention and supervision of the Associate Manager, Dan, the blower motor and motor resistor was oerderd and installed, and my car was fixed. The good news being that the cost of the blower motor was fully discounted as a compensation for my time and patience. So, Dan is my Hero at Klaben More
