I cannot say enough good about the service department. They did everything and more than what they said needed to be done. The inside was completely clean when I picked the car up. My appointment was 8:30 am 9/15. No response from dealership. Called near quitting time. Response was a work order had not been finished. 9/16 I called, work would be done that day. Drove by dealership and car was parked the same place as day before in parking lot. 9/17 arrived at 3:00 pm to check on car. Still parked in same spot in parking lot. Gave my concern to service agent about not having a car for the weekend. He said a loaner would be possible. He left and and he I went to waiting area. My driver said my car disappeared from parking lot. In about 45 minutes the service agent said that they made adjustments so the car was drivable in rain. He told be that it needed a new top motor (Cost $ 1300). Local dealers were called for a motor and all would not sell one because they had limited availability and wanted to keep them for their customers. I was then told that it was turned over to the parts manager and he would contact me when a motor was available. I have no idea why Klaben Chrysler treated me this way. Horrible experience. Paid $95.02 for an oil change and they never even filled up my windshield wiper fluid. It was empty prior to the appointment, got in my car and tested it and it was still empty.
