As soon as I got to the dealership I received a friendly greeting from Dmitry. This was my first time there and not even a minute in I was impressed. Within a couple hours I had a voicemail from Dmitry stating what they found. I called him back and he answered right away and explained what needed to be done. I had a couple questions and he answered them in a way I was able to understand(I don't know much about how trucks work). I was able to get my truck the same day. It was quite the pleasure at Klaben. He definitely cares about his customers and differentiates between what is absolutely needed, what should be done soon, and merely his opinion on a matter, which is helpful when the difference is a large sum of money.
