As soon as I got to the dealership I received a friendly greeting from Dmitry. This was my first time there and not even a minute in I was impressed. Generally speaking, mechanics and car shops don't have the best reputation, but I feel like I am being told the truth by Joe every time I go to Klaban. He definitely cares about his customers and differentiates between what is absolutely needed, what should be done soon, and merely his opinion on a matter, which is helpful when the difference is a large sum of money.
