Fair Pricing and large selection - Internet advancements make pricing a deal very easy (the problem with internet research is usually the hidden costs that they do not mention until you are very far down that path) I shooped around for each purchase and received my best deals from Klaben without the hassle of the research. Klaben also had a vast selection of vehicles that other dealers did not offer 4. Meeting my needs - from the test drive with Justin Bolenn to financing with Brian Franklin I cannot express to you in words how comfortable, easy, and quick these guys make the purchasing process 5. Justin Bolen - amazing salesman that represents what a saleperson should be (honest, friendly, relational, knowledgable, focused, and understanding).
