We needed a lower payment and we had a ton of negative equity. He was able to work with us to get us exactly where we needed to be. He spent a good deal of time with us going over our new vehicle from the trunk to the hood he explained everything very clearly. Justin was very pleasant to work with and he was nice to my kids (which is always a plus) More

My Jeep Purchase I had been looking at new SUV's online and in pamphlets from the car show. I did not like square-shaped cars so really had not considered a Jeep.Our dealer-Don Jacobs asked a couple of questions of what we were specifically looking for in a vehicle. He then went out on to the lot and brought the one with all the items we were interested in. He then took us for a test ride and drive. Within a hour or so we had purchased the new vehicle and he then went thru everything on the vehicle and also made an appointment for a week from then to go over it again with us and answer an questions we have after using the vehicle for a week. I believe that is the first time any car salesman has had us come back to answer questions etc. I would definitely return to this dealership and ask for him again . Everyone was courteous-including Brian Franklin in finance. More

Very pleasant buying experience. Justin Bolen the sales associate was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was not overbearing and gave us ample space to test drive the cars and make a decision. Impressive Caleb was the most patient and understanding sales person I have ever dealt with. I went in to buy out my lease - Calab, being the saleman that he is Caleb was the most patient and understanding sales person I have ever dealt with. I went in to buy out my lease - Calab, being the saleman that he is, took me for a test drive in the 2014 Jeep just so I could see the differences that have been made since 2011. After discussing this in great detail, I asked if I could think it over and come in on Monday. When I returned on Monday, Caleb was just as friendly and paitent with me as he was on Saturday. I am not a person to make quick decisions and he could not have been nicer considering what I put him through! I ended up buying out the lease on my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee but I would not hesitate to come back and deal with Caleb to buy another vehicle. I apologized for wasting his time with not being able to make up my mind and he very graciously said that it was his pleasure to work with me. I couldn't ask for a better salesman to deal with! More

Justin was very professional with a sense of humor. No typical push, hold my keys for ransom tricks, just courtesy and professional sales. I really appreciated that with my daughter there. Not to mention she maybe a customer later down the road since she loves jeeps. The whole experience was very very good. Lol I'm also injoying my new ride also. Ram 1500 Big Horn. More
