I stopped by the dealership Saturday with the hopes of just setting up an appointment. To my surprise, the service department looked at it right then but unfortunately, the cost of repairs was not cost effective vs. the age of the vehicle. Everyone there was super, professional and understanding. It was there I met Don Jacobs who invited me to look at some newer vehicles with him. I explained what I felt I could afford and he put me in a 2011 Chrysler 2000 with minimal miles. I took the car for a test drive and me and my girl friend loved it. The car was loaded with more amenities than I knew even existed. Don helped guide us through the sales process, always professional, unbelievably honest, and someone who I noticed from your sales board was your top performer, which was no surprise to me. The pace of the sale was low pressure at all times and frankly at the age of 58. was the first time shopping for a car was a pleasant experience. I had no intention of buying a car last weekend but sometimes bad luck gets in the way and this time I had the great fortune of meeting Don. I would personally like to thank Don who I suspect would say, awe, that's just how I treat folks. Well, for me, when we need to replace our other vehicle, I'll find Don Jacobs to help me wherever he is, so I suggest to Klaben, they do whatever it takes to keep folks like Don in their employ. We have bought cars at other dealerships and they always seem to be throwing in extra prices or hidden fees but Klaben was upfront and let you know about everything that you would be paying for. Our sales rep was Caleb Jacobs and he was a fantastic young man. Kept us in the loop the whole time, always made sure that we felt comfortable with the buy.
