Nick listened to my needs and put me into a used 2014 Jeep Cherokee which had everything I needed along with everything else I wanted. As it was closing time, Nick asked what he could do to put me in that Cherokee. He wasn’t pushy at all but said he had to ask! I threw out a couple demands and gave him my bottom line. Nick didn’t have to run back to ask the manager if my offer was acceptable. He said it was a deal, we shook on it and I told him I’d be back next week when I returned from vacation. I was surprised to see that Nick had my Cherokee detailed and full of gas. Usually, I waste hours dealing with salespeople when buying new cars. Nick had me out of there in 20 minutes. That says a lot to me in the days where customer service leaves much to be desired. Tim showed me what I wanted to see and didn't try to sell me as much as show me what I'd be getting. He was completely professional, friendly, and easy to work with. The process was smooth from start to finish even when I had delays getting to the dealership because of work. I'll be back again when my son is looking for his first vehicle next year. More

We have leased/purchased three vehicles from Klaben, I recommend both the sales and service staff very highly. On a scale of 1-5, I would give Don a '10'! I appreciated not only his kindness and respectfulness but also the fact that he was very open with providing us with options and information. We have a history of credit problems and the Klaben staff did everything in their power to provide us with options, fantastic options!! We came away driving the car of our dreams!! The staff at Klaben are top notch professionals! Don was extremely accomodating and patient, the staff was never pushy. They also treated us as people, not as a credit score.
