My 4th Jeep I came to Klaben to shop for my 4th Jeep. Our salesperson, Courtney, was bubbly, low pressure and extremely knowledgeable. She explained every feature and definitely knew her product. I told her what features I wanted and she found the perfect vehicle. She made everything easy from the second I walked in the door. He worked with us and got us out the door with our new Ram in about 3 hours...which is amazing! He was extremely helpful and even took the time to listen to ALL of my questions and concerns! I contacted the dealer the next day to inquire about finding the vehicle I wanted in the color I preferred. I was contacted immediately by the sales representative Don Jacobs immediately and was told it would not be a problem finding the vehicle I was after. Based on my past experience with Klaben and my personnel relationship with Matt in the service department ( we graduated high school together) and the excellent service I have received from Joe in the service department over the last ten years I decided to stop in and ask Matt about his opinion on the Dodge Durango Citadal. Matt was very positive in his comments and said Don was a great guy to work with. I immediately test drove the vehicle that was on the lot and fell in love with it. The mechanic on duty Joe Slider was very helpful in preparing the vehicle and getting it ready for me to test drive. I drove it and loved it from the moment I started it up. Don was able to locate two vehicles in the two colors I was thinking about and sent my wife and I out to look at the choices. Within a couple of hours we were able to select the color we wanted. I called Don and within two days I had the exact car with the options I wanted at a price that I believe was very fair. Don made sure I was given the incentives available and also got me what I wanted for my trade in. While I have only had the car for a day and can say I love it and it is definitely one of the nicer SUV's on the road. More
