Buying a vehicle as always been a task for me because being a realtor it is something that I need to depend on, feel proud of ,and confident that it will perform when I need it to. Therefore, when I fina being a realtor it is something that I need to depend on, feel proud of ,and confident that it will perform when I need it to. Therefore, when I finally make that decision, I usually have it for a long time. I buy it. I have never leased so this time it was a whole new plan. My husband and I needed 2 vehicles at the same time. Wow, huge in my mind. So we did our due diligence, searched on line, went to a couple dealers, etc. Then one day we said we just have to go and see. We walked into Klaban and Ken greeted us. He was friendly, not overbearing, gentle and listened to our needs. I felt comfortable. I could move forward with looking ,test driving and then the next week going back and buying the 2 vehicles. We brought them home and took pictures. We called it "The Fleet". :). So now I have my new wonderful Jeep, but never having a Jeep or SUV for that matter, drove a Cadillac always, it was unfamiliar even though Ken sat with me for a long time in the car for the orientation before I took off. Anyway, I'm driving, the Jeep /me does something weird to me and he was always there when I called to help me. so for this reason , I write this because Ken Harris was GREAT the paperwork went fast with Christine and we were out of there in time to do what we needed to do... ie, BE THERE FOR OUR CLIENTS, just like they did for us..
