After an awkward experience at Toyota we went across to see Klaben. Caleb happened to be standing out side and he showed us a Town and Country. I am so glad we stumbled across Caleb and Klaben. We ended up with the BEST deal and an amazing Towne and Country. Everyone at Klaben was so nice and Kim in finance was great. My husband said that Klaben renewed his faith in Car dealerships. I was looking at a few of the dealers on West Main but I found most sales people don't want to waste their t I am in a lease with a few months to go. I was looking at a few of the dealers on West Main but I found most sales people don't want to waste their time unless you are going to buy. I asked a young man about lease availability and he sent me to Courtney. Wow what a breath of fresh air! She informed me that Chrysler/Jeep products will offer leases, like we see for all of the other companies. She was happy to talk to me, about different options and look at cars even though she knew I was not buying. In January, I will be giving Courtney a call! She has a sale for sure. More

Don Jacobs is one of the best car dealers I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He helped me find the exact car I was looking for, not even 10 minutes after I meant him. He made my shopping experience fun and easy. My brother (who had recently purchased a 2014 Doge dart from don) spoke very highly of him. So I went to go see what the all the fuss was about and he didn't disappoint. The thing I liked the most about the whole thing was that Don is NOT one of those "Pushy" sales men. He helped me out with any questions and concerns I had about my new vehicle and me feel at home. Honestly I was not even planning on getting a car there that day. I was gonna try and drive my old car until the gas tank finally fell through the bottom (My old car was on its last leg) But Don helped me find something I love and now am excited to drive everyday.instead of having the constant fear of thinking will this hunk of junk start today?
