We started at Klaben Ford and drove the Escape and still had not made a decision so our salesman Mike Cooney suggested we go see Justin Bolin across the street and look at the Jeep's. Mike shared that Justin was an awesome saleman that knew his product and was very knowledgeable about the technology available. So, we went across the street and asked for Justin. Justin was friendly, no preasure, listened to our questions, not pushy, everything that you would hope for in a car buying experience. We were very happy with the amount of money we got for our trade in and Justin worked for us to get us a deal we could live with. Klaben's Don Jacobs responded to my online request almost immediately so I met with him and Wrangler owner Nick Brandt shortly there after. I told them what I wanted in a vehicle and what I wanted to payment to be. They told me they could deliver on my requests and today I have my new 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited with all the bells and whistles I would ever need and at the originally agreed upon lease price. We ended up with the BEST deal and an amazing Towne and Country. Everyone at Klaben was so nice and Kim in finance was great. My husband said that Klaben renewed his faith in Car dealerships.
