He might be the most informative, sincere/honest and hard working sales professional that I've ever come across. He answered the many questions I had. Plus, he was focused on my needs and found me exactly what I was looking for. It is sometimes difficult to write down feelings and words are just words, but so much easier to experience first hand how top-notch Justin and the whole Klaben team are. Gave us excellent information on how to use the features in our new car....The Electronics were intimidating until he took plenty of time to go over each feature with us and had us actually use some of the features while still at the dealership to be sure we knew what to do. Encouraged us to call him directly with any questions we may have as we drove and learned more about the car. He was friendly very conscientious, and polite...those made big points with us. All in all he made this experience fun....Who knew buying a car could be fun??! More

Very satisfied We were in Virginia Beach heading home when my engine light came on and stayed on the whole way home to Akron , Ohio. I had Justin Stinnett as my service advisor. He came out and told me my car needed the transmission checked throughly and they needed to keep it awhile. I said to him well I need a car he said no problem and already had the keys to my rental in his hands. Within 10 minutes I was out the door in a rental same make as mine and the only restriction was to return it with the same amount of gas as when I picked it up and I had a 150 miles a day to drive it - crazy! Anyways with the week Justin had said they are putting a brand new transmission in no rebuild no repair just a brand new one. I picked it up within 10 minutes again delivered the rental and got my car back. So impressed with the painless service thanks to Justin Stinnett. More

Renegade Jeep I stopped by Klaben Jeep to look over the Renegade Jeep again. I saw the jeeps on July 4th when the dealership was closed. I planned on just checking out the jeeps again for future reference. I have known many people who love their jeeps and wanted a better SUV for winter travels. My Scion was passing 90,000 , and I was thinking that I need to start looking around. John Coco , a Klaben sales and leasing consultant, approached me and began a friendly conversation. He asked if I would like to test drive the Renegade, and I did. The Renegade ran so smoothly, has a beautiful interior, and quite a sharp SUV. I have never considered leasing until John explained how leasing works to my advantage. He was quite informative and knew his subject very well- I researched later that night. He didn't think that he could get me the $6,000 dollar trade in I wanted. I told him, " That is where you come in as a salesman." He did it! He negotiated and came up with a way to get my trade in value and low payments per month. He answered all my many questions with much patience. He also addressed my husband's questions as well. This is my first American car in 35 years and a first leasing experience. I have never had a salesman take so much time with me, and address better options to meet my needs. What a salesman! I didn't really plan on buying a car that day. More
Justin is what customer service is about! I went in because I had a window on a 2012 Avenger that would not roll up. Most of the service centers in the area were telling me they could try and I went in because I had a window on a 2012 Avenger that would not roll up. Most of the service centers in the area were telling me they could try and fit me in or schedule something for sometime next week. Some even said next Friday. It is raining every day lately and I really needed some assistance. I called Klaben, hoping that maybe I could get in at least before Friday (one week away!). Justin asked, "How soon can you get here?". I was ecstatic. When I arrived, I pulled right in. He got some information from me and showed me to the waiting area. The waiting area was comfy and even had a charger for my phone! They had coffee and doughnuts which was nice even though I do not eat or drink that. But, it was thoughtful. Needless to say, Justin did not overcharge me and was very respectful and had me in and out within an hour. I went from complete frustration to 100% satisfied and worry free after a stressful morning. Justin was awesome. He had the get it done attitude and was so helpful. I appreciate his work. He deserves a raise and I wish I could make a training video of him for people to see true customer service in action. Thank you again Justin! If I have any problems, I will call this Klaben first.
