I think he had only been selling for 3 weeks or so. It was very refreshing to work with him and as a new guy he was very professional. After talking to Shane, we were pretty settled on a new Chrysler Town and Country. During our discussion of the T&C, Don Jabobs came over to lend a hand and low and behold it was our very first Salesman at Klaben almost 28 years ago, when we bought a 1988 Caravan.
