They ended up fixing my truck. I wasn't informed on why a software program update was needed. I absolutely love my truck I bought from this dealership. I drove over an hour to buy it. My only problem wit a software program update was needed. I absolutely love my truck I bought from this dealership. I drove over an hour to buy it. My only problem with the service dept. was that they left my truck dirty. There were a bunch of fingerprints on the hood from opening and closing it. They also left a big brown stain on my carpet from one of the serviceman's shoes. There was something on the inside of my drivers side window also. Not what I expected. I had just spent 2 hrs. washing and cleaning my truck before I took it there for service. Very disappointed. More
