Those positive marks are naturally overshadowed by our inability to meet your expectations when it comes to quality of work and overall experience. I apologize for us putting you in this position of being so completely dissatisfied. This was not our intention. I also want to thank you for taking the time to speak with me via a phone call. The details you provided make it easy to put myself in your shoes and know that I would feel the same way. We try hard to verify concerns and make repairs accordingly in every case, and when we can't, we try to do everything possible to correct the root cause that prevents our success. We ask for feedback through many mediums as we truly want to hear what our customers have to say. We/I, then have the responsibility to take the feedback and use it in a way that should make us better. All of that being said, I hope that the options we discussed are an indication that we do care and that our motivation is to create customers for life.
