My car buying experience started off with Sarchione Chevrolet back in 2014. At that time, they were a family run dealership that did everything they could to care of me. Unfortunately, times have chang Chevrolet back in 2014. At that time, they were a family run dealership that did everything they could to care of me. Unfortunately, times have changed and without going into too much detail there company business model has changed drastically. You can clearly tell that Sarchione is 110% in it for the profit instead of taking care of there customers. Moving on, I started researching different dealerships and found Haasz Jeep of ravenna. Let me tell you that was a big mistake!! I walk in there and no joke the salesman comes up to me and says “What’s up Homie”. Immediately, I was very shocked at the professionalism in that building. You seriously can’t make this stuff up. The lead salesman was yelling at his sales team in the main lobby in front of all the new potential customers. Furthermore, the salesman I was working with couldn’t answer any simple questions. I tried to give him a break because he was new and had only been working there a year and a half. I was talking with him and he couldn’t give me any information on a Jeep Wrangler. Nothing. Didn’t know engine sizes, drivetrains, colors, and any new technology. At that moment, I was honestly considering never buying a new car ever again. Moving on, I was driving around and came across Klaben Jeep of Kent. When I walked into the building that’s when I met Gina and that’s when everything immediately got better. We sat down and she clearly went over every single feature that was incorporated in a Jeep Wrangler. She took the time to show us how to remove the hardtop and doors of the Jeep. Also, she explained the versatility and the benefits of owning a Jeep Wrangler. I was very very impressed!!! As a result, we special ordered a 2022 Jeep Wrangler Sport and we built it from the ground up. To sum it all up, Gina did an excellent job of taking care of us and making sure the car buying experience was very fun. I look forward to working with Gina in the near future. More
