I worked with Justin Bolen on the purchase of my Jeep Grand Cherokee and he was so helpful and patient while I asked many questions. I'd been looking for a Jeep Grand Cherokee for a few months and every salesperson I talked with immediately wanted to talk money... how much was I putting down, did I have a trade, did I already have a loan secured... Justin didn't talk to me about any of that. We talked about the Jeep I was looking at, what I liked about it, questions I had, the features that were available and how to use them. It wasn't until the end of my visit, when I told him I was interested in buying it, that we began to talk money and even then, there was no pressure.
