Everyone has a smile and is right there if you have a question. I have a habit of walking around while my car is being worked on, and 4 different sales men walked or drove up to me to see if I was interested in a car. They were all delighted that I was a Kia Soul owner and very happy to be one. I love love my car and tell everyone I talk to all about it. I was there without an appointment and David Howard met me the moment I drove up, checked me in and asked if I was staying. My car was taken back right away and completed with 30 minutes. I find the price I have to pay very fair and competitive. They gave me a card and after my 3rd oil change my next oil change is FREE. David reminded he would see me next time and the service would be free. I like free. (haha) Also I wanted to add as a single lady it's nice not to feel intimadated walking in by myself. I won the 2013 Kia sorento from Kia/NBCTheVoice, and I found the exact one here at Kirby Kia Ventura, Ca. Chris called me on friday 2/22/2013 to say my Sorento was ready for me to pick and when did I want found the exact one here at Kirby Kia Ventura, Ca. Chris called me on friday 2/22/2013 to say my Sorento was ready for me to pick and when did I want to pick it up, of course I said after work, so after work I picked up my son and we went over to Kirby to pick my new beautiful amazing car. i was greeted by Chris and he introduced me to Alex, who went over all the new things I needed to know and how to use all the crazy technology, he was the best. After the hour of getting to know my car Chris finished with all the paper work and was so nice and explained everything. I enjoyed my experience and will recommed Kirby to my family and friends. I went to Ventura Kia to just look at the Optima on Friday. I got great service from Steve and Chris. Was in the market for a New Kia my friend who back in August purchased a New Kia gave me Jakes name and number, gave him a call the next day I let him know what i was looking for, what I wanted pay an August purchased a New Kia gave me Jakes name and number, gave him a call the next day I let him know what i was looking for, what I wanted pay and that I had no patience for games. He let me know he wouldnt waste my time and he would call me back very soon. My buddy assured me he was good and that he was referred to Jake by his Lieutenant commander whom also purchased a new Kia from jake. Next day around lunch Jake called explained that the vehicle i wanted was there. I made it in that evening to have a good look at the car and go over the details of the loan. Jake explained the numbers in his office we traded a few of the old Military stories you would with a fellow soldier. No hitches or surprises which is important, above all the doubt and fear of buying a new car we all have is removed. In the end I came within $17 of my target payment and that was with the120,000 mile warranty extension. As we were finishing up jake left to charge the initial payment and bring the receipt. While we waited my wife pointed out the picture frame with a few of his military photos, there it was with the tags draped over it validation to the stories the medals and ribbons the lives saved smiling all in one picture frame while he is pinned. A Cavalry Scout Airborne to boot grandson of one of the most decorated US Army Soldiers. I've since referred 2 customers whom love there Kia Soul and Kia Forte.
